Our direct interactions with cinnamon farmers in areas such as Meetiyagoda, Karapitiya and Ratnapura over many decades have assured these communities of sustained incomes and assured purchase of their produce. Our own emphasis on quality have in turn led to the creation of quality consciousness amongst our farmer communities, thereby enhancing their own capacities.
